Main applications
High speed cutting machine is used for cutting (cut shredded squid,etc.) of agricultural and sideline products into slices, cubes, pieces as well as the production and processing of ready-to-use traditional Chinese medicines which can be cut into 0.7-60 mm slices, strips and particles
Main features
Operating continuously and self-adapting to the feeding volume and multiple materials with low attrition rate, neat nick and better slice; self-adapting pressure feeder and higher slicing accuracy and operation safety. The whole machine is safe from leakage, easy to clean, operate and maintain, and is pollution free. It is in line with the GMP requirements.
Working principle
The tailor-made conveyer belt and self-adapting pressure feeding mechanism move the materials continuously and evenly as per distance set by the gear shifting mechanism step by step, the direct conveyer belt of cutter mechanism proceeding a rectilinear motion shall cut the material down and the cutting speed could be continuously regulated via stepless regulation.
