Main applications
Hot air circulation oven is suitable for heating and dehumidifying of raw materials and products for pharmacy-eutical,chemical,foodstuff and light and heavy industries.
Main features
Most of the hot winds are cycled within the box. It has high transmission efficiency, and can save energy. By making of the forced ventilation,the upper and lower temperature difference can be reduced. It is characterize-ed by Iow noise, stable operation,automatic temperature-control and convenient maintenance. This is according with the requirements of GMP.
Working principle
The steam or electricity is used as the heat source. The axial fan is used for heating the air of the heat exchanger in node of convective heat exchanging. The hot air stream transfers the heat to the material through the drying tray. The fresh air enters the drying box through air inlet hole for making-up. The humid air is exhausted from the dehumidifying hole. In this way, the machine keeps the proper relative humidity in the drying box.
