Series herb-humidifying machine is used for softening and humidifying herbs or agricultural products.
Main features
The softening of herbs or agricultural products will benefit the follow-up procedures. It features a lot of advantages including Iow moisture content of the herb, nice softening effect, and high speed se as to avoid the waste of effective constituent. The usable capacity rate of round box is as high as 99%. To start-up(turn off and down), creation of vacuum, vacuum control, humidifying and shut down are all completed automatically.
Working principle
Put the material into the box, lock the door and press start-up button, pump vacuum to negative pressure stipulated in the technology parameter, and maintain some time (softening time for the material). Then blow off and shut down. The whole operation is completed automatically. Taking advantage of strong penetration performance of the gas, lead in water vapor into herbs in high vacuum, the moisture fill the box immediately so as to achieve the fast and even softening the herb as Iow moisture content.
